Here is my breakfast smoothie that is so simple, delicious and nutritious!
~ 1/2 cup orange juice
~1/2 cup blueberries (I used frozen)
~ a splash of almond milk or yogurt (optional)
~ a large handful of spinach (a trick my sister taught me and you don't even taste it)! Find some of her amazing recipes here.
Blend it up in the Magic Bullet or blender and enjoy!
