Saturday Super Breakfast!

I always try to enjoy my breakfast on the weekend as I'm in no rush to get to work. This is a new favourite of mine!

~ whole grain pita thin
~ 1/4 ripe avocado
~ 1 egg fried in non-stick pan
~ 3 tomato slices
~ pepper and salt or salt free seasoning

What a delicious, protein packed way to start to the weekend!
