Summer Fun!

Here in BC summer took it's sweet time arriving. Now that it is finally here we are taking advantage of every minute. This means the moment we are off work and pick Hayden up from daycare we are hitting the pool, yard or park! Hayden is loving his independence this year and is having a blast!

Do your best to plan easy, active family outings. We recently started walking to the park that is about a 20 minute walk from our house instead of the one just down the street. This gives Hayden some  playtime variety and Mom and Dad a little more exercise!
