No more excuses, but seriously, I start tomorrow! Every day/week is so busy with engagements and activities I have been slightly distracted from my daily routine. While I do carry some guilt for skipping a couple workouts I can’t beat myself up about it. Turn a setback into a comeback!
That’s exactly what I plan on doing today...not tomorrow. A few “cheat days” won’t completely sabotage your diet and exersise regimine, just get back on track and you’ll be fine – I’ll be fine! Sometimes I need to remind myself of these things and I hope you can do the same.
