All you need is...
Whole grain pita thins (I used one's from Costco) only 50 calories per half!
BBQ sauce
Cooked chicken breast thinly sliced
Sautéed onions
Pineapple tidbits (canned or fresh)
Grated cheese (any kind will do)
~ Spread BBQ sauce on pitas
~ Evenly portion chicken, onions and pineapple
~ Top with grated cheese
Bake for about 10 minutes at 350 degrees F or until cheese is melted to your liking.
