Seven layers of Heaven

This is my new signature party appetizer, Seven Layer Dip! it has a great wow factor and is actually pretty easy.

Ingredients:
~ 1 can refried beans
~ 3 medium avacados
~ 1 small bunch of cilantro (optional)
~ juice of 1 lime
~ small jar salsa
~ small tub sour cream
~ 1/2 package of taco seasoning
~ 1 small tomato diced
~ diced black olives (optional)
~ 3 green onions diced
~ 1.5 cups finely grated cheddar cheese

Step 1.
~Spread beans into 1.5-2inch dish
** Tip ** wrap moist paper towel around index finger to wipe rim and leave tary lip clean between layers.

Step 2.
~Make guacamole by mashing avacados, chopped cilantro and lime juice.
~Spread over bean layer

Step 3.
~ Mix sour cream with taco seasoning
~Spread over guacamole

Step 4.
~Pour and spread salsa over sour cream

Step 5.
~ top with grated cheese, olives, green onions and tomatoes
** Tip ** if you are prepping the night before do steps 1, 2 & 3. Do steps 4 & 5 before serving so salsa doesn't make dip or cheese soggy.
